Home Staging
Home Staging is all about preparation.  Just as you would prepare for a first date, you need to prepare your home for a first viewing - as Ann Maurice the House Doctor says, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and selling your home is no different.
 
People cannot see through your things to imagine their own in their place - you need to 'neutralise' your home to make it more inviting and aspirational to your viewers - we're here to help you do that...
 
Our two-hour verbal consultations are only £200 and from that you will know what to do and how to proceed to make your home inviting to potential buyers. 
Initial Assessment
An initial assessment is a very basic review of the property to determine whether your requirements will be cosmetic with minor investment or major and require a stronger investment. 
It allows you to meet with the consultant and decide if Staged Moves is a company you feel you can work with and trust to present your home at it's best.
This initial assessment does not give a diagnosis, rather it allows us to evaluate whether you will benefit from our services and lets us look at the best options available for you. 
No information is given as to remedies for problem areas and a fee of £50 is charged to cover time and costs.
 
Verbal Consultation
Beginning at the front of the house, We walk through the property with the client room by room. As we proceed, we provide a verbal diagnosis of each area and offer recommendations and advice.
The client is given plenty of time to make notes while the walk through progresses so that they can proceed with the recommendations once we have gone.
Full Written Report
This is for clients who wish to do the work themselves or hire in contractors and would like a more step-by-step guide than the verbal consultation.
It contains a room-by-room diagnosis for the property, with a prescription to rectify any problem areas and suggestions given for walls, flooring, furniture and accessories. It also includes an estimated breakdown of expected costs.
